Summary

The MosiSIP iOS app does not collect, store, or share any personal data, analytics, or tracking information. The app communicates exclusively with the MosiSIP server platform (mosisip.com) operated by us.

What the app processes

• Dashboard login: Your username and password are sent to our server solely to authenticate you and deliver your assigned account configuration. Passwords are never stored on the device.
• SIP calls: Voice audio is transmitted in real time between your device and our SIP server for the purpose of the call. Calls are not recorded by the app.
• Microphone: The microphone is used only during active calls.
• Local settings: Preferences (such as the selected account) are stored only on your device.

What we do not do

• No analytics or telemetry
• No advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs
• No sale or sharing of data with third parties

Server-side data

Our server keeps technical logs (SIP registration and call events) required to operate and secure the service. These are retained for a limited time and are not shared with third parties.
