The codec rack in your pocket

The MosiSIP app is a native iPhone client for reporters and engineers. It registers directly on your MosiSIP server.

  • A real SIP clientBuilt on PJSIP, not a browser WebRTC stack.
  • Opus 48 kHz end to endNo transcoding on the way to the rack.
  • Stadium modeJitter buffer tuned for crowded 4G and 5G cells.

How you get started

Every account is set up by hand. On average it takes three days from the first message to the first call.

  1. Tell us what you run

Devices, team and the production you are planning.

    2 minutes
  2. Setup call

30 minutes with an engineer to confirm codecs, network and roles.

    same week
  3. On air

SIP accounts, SRT slots and app keys are ready. Register your codecs and go.

Codec rental

Preconfigured hardware with working credentials, labels and a return plan, for one-off events and backups.

Audio engineer on site

Planning, setup and monitoring for OB, radio and sport. Day rate or event package.

Device presets

Endpoint labels, speed dials and a run sheet prepared with your real devices.

Pricing is quoted per production. You pay per SIP account and per concurrent stream, monthly, yearly or per event. Tournament packages and 24/7 priority support are available.

Questions engineers ask first

Anything else goes into the setup call.

Is it SaaS or on-prem?

Fully managed on our infrastructure, EU-hosted by default. Dedicated or single-tenant nodes are available for selected deployments.

Which audio codecs?

Opus Stereo (48 kHz) and Opus Mono, plus G.722 for hardware codecs that need it. The iPhone app runs Opus only. DTMF via RFC 2833. We do not carry G.711 or narrowband telephony codecs.

Is it EBU Tech 3326 compatible?

Codecs that follow EBU Tech 3326 connect over standard SIP and talk Opus or G.722 with MosiSIP. It is not a full 3326 profile: G.711, MPEG Layer II and linear PCM are not offered.

What about NAT and symmetric carriers?

Static-IP codecs simply register. Behind symmetric NAT we ship a preset with max_contacts=1, contact rewrite and TCP/TLS transport, with re-register around 50 s.

Can I keep my PBX or carrier?

Yes. Register codecs directly with MosiSIP or trunk to your existing SIP infrastructure. External trunk calls are marked on the dashboard.

Which SRT encoders work?

Any standard SRT encoder in caller mode, including OBS, ffmpeg, hardware and bonded uplinks. AES-128 and AES-256 passphrases are supported.

How low is the latency?

On clean networks a few seconds glass to glass, under 3 s with low-latency HLS. It depends on encoder, path, ARQ settings and the browser.

What happens if a feed drops?

Push two independent streams. The player shows both with live status and switches with one click, without a page reload.

What can I export?

Live SIP signalling, registrations and per-call RTCP plus the quality index, as JSON at /api/status. Per-call PCAP export on request.
